Privacy Policy
Effective Date: October 1, 2026
Sender Consulting LLC (“Sender Consulting,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and disclose personal information when you visit www.senderconsultingllc.com, contact us, subscribe to our publications, purchase content or digital products, or otherwise interact with our website and related online services (collectively, the “Site”).
The Site is intended for a business and professional audience. It is not directed toward children, and we do not intentionally collect personal information from children.
Information We Collect
Depending on how you interact with the Site, we may collect:
contact and professional information, such as your name, email address, telephone number, company, and job title;
information you provide in an inquiry, consultation request, survey, or other communication;
subscription, account, and purchase information;
transaction details, such as the product purchased, billing address, and payment status;
information about your use of the Site, including your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, links selected, referring website, and approximate location derived from your IP address; and
information collected through cookies, analytics tools, and similar technologies.
Payment card information is generally processed directly by a third-party payment processor and is not stored by Sender Consulting.
Please do not submit Social Security numbers, financial account credentials, health information, government identification numbers, or other highly sensitive information through the Site’s general contact forms.
How We Use Information
We may use personal information to:
respond to inquiries and communicate with you;
evaluate potential consulting engagements;
provide requested publications, products, subscriptions, or services;
administer purchases, accounts, and access rights;

operate, secure, analyze, and improve the Site;
maintain appropriate business, accounting, and tax records;
prevent fraud, misuse, or security incidents;
enforce our agreements and protect our legal rights; and
comply with applicable legal obligations.
Submitting an inquiry does not create a consulting, fiduciary, or other professional relationship. A consulting relationship is established only through a separate written agreement.
Cookies and Analytics
We and our service providers may use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember preferences, understand how visitors use the Site, and measure the performance of our content and communications.
You may be able to manage cookies through the cookie preference controls available on the Site or through your browser settings. Disabling certain cookies may affect how the Site functions.
If Sender Consulting later uses advertising or retargeting technologies, this Privacy Policy and the Site’s cookie controls will be updated as appropriate.

If you subscribe to a publication or request updates, we may send you editorial, business, or promotional communications.
You may unsubscribe at any time by selecting the unsubscribe link included in an email or contacting us via the Contact Us page. We may continue to send nonpromotional communications concerning a purchase, account, subscription, security matter, or existing business relationship.

We may disclose personal information to service providers that assist us with:
website hosting and operation;
email distribution;

payment processing;
scheduling;
cloud storage;

customer support; and
legal, accounting, insurance, and other professional services.
These providers may access personal information only as reasonably necessary to perform services on our behalf or as otherwise permitted by their agreements and applicable law.
We may also disclose information:
when required by law, legal process, or governmental request;
when reasonably necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Sender Consulting or others;
in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of all or part of the business; or
at your direction or with your consent.
Sender Consulting does not knowingly sell personal information for money. If our practices change, we will update this Privacy Policy and provide any choices required by applicable law.
Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, maintain business and tax records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and satisfy legal obligations.
The applicable retention period depends on the nature of the information, our relationship with you, and relevant legal and operational requirements.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information.

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may also have rights concerning your personal information, including the right to request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of certain information.
To submit a privacy-related request, contact via the Contact Us page with the subject line “Privacy Request.” We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. Certain information may be retained where required or permitted by law.
Third-Party Websites
The Site may include links to third-party websites, platforms, or services. Those parties maintain their own privacy practices, and Sender Consulting is not responsible for their content, security, or handling of personal information.
We encourage you to review the privacy notices of third-party services before providing information to them.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in our practices, services, or legal obligations. The revised policy will be posted on the Site with an updated effective date.
If a change materially affects how we use previously collected personal information, we will provide additional notice where required by law.
Terms of Use
Effective Date: October 1, 2026
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of www.senderconsultingllc.com and the articles, research, publications, newsletters, downloads, products, and other materials made available through the website (collectively, the “Site”).
The Site is owned and operated by Sender Consulting LLC (“Sender Consulting,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By using the Site, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Informational Purposes Only
The Site provides general business, market, and strategic information for informational and educational purposes.
Site content does not constitute legal, tax, accounting, investment, financial-planning, brokerage, securities, or other regulated professional advice. It is not an offer, solicitation, recommendation, or endorsement to purchase, sell, or hold any security, digital asset, financial product, business, or investment.
You should not rely on Site content as the sole basis for a business, financial, legal, tax, accounting, or investment decision. You are responsible for conducting your own due diligence and obtaining advice from appropriately qualified professionals.
References to the credentials or experience of Sender Consulting personnel do not transform general Site content into individualized professional advice.
No Consulting or Professional Relationship
Accessing the Site, subscribing to a publication, downloading materials, or submitting an inquiry does not create a consulting, fiduciary, accounting, brokerage, investment-advisory, or other professional relationship with Sender Consulting.
A consulting relationship is created only when Sender Consulting and a client enter into a separate written engagement agreement. That agreement will govern the applicable consulting services and will control over these Terms if a conflict exists.
Do not submit confidential, proprietary, export-controlled, or highly sensitive information through a general Site form. Sender Consulting has no obligation to treat unsolicited information as confidential unless we separately agree to do so in writing.
Accuracy and Timeliness
Sender Consulting seeks to provide thoughtful and well-supported analysis, but we do not guarantee that Site content is complete, current, or free from error.
Markets, regulations, technologies, companies, and other subjects discussed on the Site may change after publication. Opinions and analysis reflect the author’s perspective as of the publication date unless otherwise stated. Sender Consulting has no obligation to update previously published content.
Any sponsorship, paid endorsement, or material commercial relationship will be disclosed where required.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the Site and its content—including articles, reports, research, frameworks, methodologies, graphics, charts, templates, course materials, branding, logos, and downloadable products—are owned by Sender Consulting or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may access publicly available Site content for your personal or internal business use. You may quote brief excerpts from publicly available materials with appropriate attribution and a link to the original page.
Without our prior written permission, you may not:
reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, sublicense, or publicly display substantial portions of Site content;
share paid reports, subscription content, downloads, or account credentials with unauthorized persons;
modify or create derivative commercial products from Site content;
remove copyright, trademark, attribution, or proprietary notices;
systematically scrape, crawl, harvest, or extract Site content;
use Site content to train, fine-tune, evaluate, or populate an artificial-intelligence system, machine-learning model, dataset, or competing product; or
use Sender Consulting’s name, trademarks, or content in a manner that suggests an affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement that does not exist.
Additional license terms presented with a particular product or publication will control with respect to that product or publication.
Publications, Subscriptions, and Digital Products
Sender Consulting may offer free or paid publications, subscriptions, reports, courses, templates, toolkits, or other digital products.
The price, billing frequency, included materials, access terms, renewal terms, cancellation method, and applicable refund policy will be disclosed at or before purchase.
If a subscription automatically renews, you authorize the applicable payment processor to charge the payment method on file at the disclosed interval until you cancel. Cancellation will stop future renewals. Unless otherwise disclosed or required by law, cancellation does not generate a refund for amounts already paid, and access will continue through the end of the paid subscription period.
Because digital products may be delivered immediately, purchases of downloaded or accessed digital materials are generally final and nonrefundable, except where required by law or where the product is materially defective or was not delivered as described.
If you experience a technical problem with a purchased product, contact via the Contact Us page so that we can attempt to resolve it.
Acceptable Use
You may not use the Site to:
violate applicable law or another person’s rights;
introduce malicious code or interfere with Site security;
attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or another user’s account;
bypass subscription, access, or payment controls;
impersonate another person or misrepresent an affiliation;
collect information from the Site through unauthorized automated means; or
use the Site in a manner that could damage, disable, or impair its operation.
We may restrict or terminate access if we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated or that use of the Site creates legal, operational, or security risk.
Third-Party Services and Links
The Site may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites, platforms, payment processors, and other services.
Sender Consulting does not control and is not responsible for third-party content, availability, products, security, or privacy practices. The inclusion of a third-party link or reference does not necessarily constitute an endorsement.
Your use of a third-party service is governed by that party’s own terms and policies.
Disclaimer of Warranties
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT, PUBLICATIONS, PRODUCTS, AND MATERIALS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”
SENDER CONSULTING DISCLAIMS ALL EXPRESS AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AND AVAILABILITY.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE FROM HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT ANY CONTENT, PRODUCT, OR MATERIAL WILL PRODUCE A PARTICULAR RESULT.
Some jurisdictions do not permit certain warranty exclusions, so portions of this section may not apply to you.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SENDER CONSULTING AND ITS MEMBERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SITE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SENDER CONSULTING’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR A CLAIM ARISING FROM THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF:
THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SITE PRODUCT OR SUBSCRIPTION GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM DURING THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT CREATING LIABILITY; OR
US$100.
These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded. They do not govern consulting services provided under a separate written engagement agreement.
Changes to the Site or These Terms
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue Site content or features at any time.
We may also update these Terms periodically. The revised Terms will be posted on the Site with an updated effective date. If a change materially affects an active paid subscription, we will provide additional notice where required by law.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
Any dispute concerning the Site or these Terms must be brought in an appropriate state or federal court located in Massachusetts, except where applicable law gives a consumer the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
